What areas do you serve?+
We're based in Atlanta and serve the entire metro area. Up to 60 round-trip miles from our Atlanta business base are included. Travel beyond 60 round-trip miles requires a custom travel quote.
How far in advance should I book?+
Most clients book 3–9 months out. Peak wedding and holiday dates fill fastest — if your date is close, message us and we'll check availability today.
How do we reserve a date?+
A signed agreement and a 50% non-refundable booking retainer reserve your date. The remaining 50% is due 14 days before the event.
Can we change our date after booking?+
Yes — one date transfer is free within 12 months, subject to availability. Just give us as much notice as you can.
What's included in a package price?+
Delivery, setup, teardown, an on-site attendant, your chosen backdrop, custom-designed templates, props and an online gallery. No surprise line items.
Are there hidden fees?+
No. The only extras are the upgrades you choose, a custom travel quote for events beyond 60 round-trip miles, and applicable taxes calculated based on the event venue location and added to the final invoice.
Do you offer weekday or off-peak rates?+
We do. Monday–Thursday events and daytime corporate activations are priced lower — ask us for a custom quote.
How much space and power do you need?+
A 10x10 ft area and one standard 110v outlet within 25 feet. The 360 booth needs 12x12 ft for safe spinning.
Is an attendant always included?+
Yes. Every package includes at least one trained experience attendant who styles the space, guides guests and keeps the line moving. Collections that include additional attendants list them on the package card.
Can you match our branding or wedding colors?+
Absolutely. Print templates, digital overlays, backdrops and signage are all custom designed before your event.
When do we get our photos?+
Guests get theirs instantly. Your full online gallery is delivered within 48 hours.
Do you carry insurance?+
Yes — we're fully insured and can provide a certificate for your venue on request.
