Terms of Service
Straightforward terms so there are no surprises on event day.
Booking retainer
A signed agreement and a 50% non-refundable booking retainer reserve your date. The remaining 50% is due 14 days before the event.
Rescheduling
Dates may be moved once, subject to availability, when requested at least 30 days in advance. Your booking retainer transfers to the new date.
Cancellations
The 50% booking retainer is non-refundable at any point. Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event forfeit the retainer only, and the remaining 50% is not charged. Once the final 50% comes due 14 days before the event, that balance is payable in full and non-refundable.
Venue requirements
Client provides a level 10x10 ft space (12x12 ft for the 360 booth), a standard 110v outlet within 25 feet, and shelter from weather for outdoor setups.
Travel
Up to 60 round-trip miles from our Atlanta business base are included. Travel beyond 60 round-trip miles requires a custom travel quote.
Taxes
Displayed package and add-on prices are before applicable taxes. Applicable taxes are calculated based on the event venue location and added to the final invoice.
Conduct & equipment
Our attendants may pause service if guest behavior risks damage or injury. Clients are responsible for damage caused by guests to booth equipment.
